About the School
The Brook Hill School was founded in the early 1990’s. Located in Bullard, TX, the school is only less than a two hour drive to Dallas. The school has a 180-acre campus and is a Christ-centered college preparatory school. Although Brook Hill is non-denominational, the student’s receive credit for studying the bible and they attend weekly Chapel services. Brook Hill School believes in providing excellence in college preparatory education, challenging each student to reach their potential and to honor God through Christ-like character.
Grades offered for boarding school students are 8-12 and Day students Pre-K-12. Training students to be confident in both their education and faith, Brook Hill is committed to the student’s success. The school believes in the pursuit of academic excellence as well as spiritual and character formation. With the foundation a student receives at Brook Hill, they have the tools to make good decisions and to not only be grounded in their faith, be to learn to live in the real world and be ready for the challenges is presents. The school also believes in a biblical worldview, and how a student can make an impact on others for the glory of God.
Boarding schools are different than they used to be. In the past, boarding schools were considered to be for the privileged or for the troubled teen. Research has shown that boarding schools are diverse today and have well-rounded, motivated students who live in a supportive academic community. They learn to be independent and responsible. They also learn traditional values that help them succeed at a higher rate. At Brook Hill, they have a wide range of students from all over the world.
Brook Hill has an athletic program that students may choose to participate in such as: football, soccer, volleyball, golf, basketball, baseball, tennis, track and softball. The fine arts programs would include: choir, drum line, string orchestra, visual arts, and drama.
