About the School

Andrews Osborne Academy is located close to Cleveland, Ohio, with the campus located in Willoughby, Ohio. They offer preschool, elementary, middle and secondary education, with the choice of day school or a boarding school environment. Andrews Osborne Academy believes that all students deserve an education that gives the student an opportunity to discover themselves and learn what their strengths and weaknesses are and how they can excel in the future. The students are encouraged to think for themselves but also be creative. Everyone works together at the academy to provide a learning environment that can help the students find passion in their education and have success in their experiences.

Andrews Osborne Academy requires all middle and high school students to be active in the community by doing service. The middle school student is required to have a minimum of 10 hours of community service each year. The high school student is required to have 16 hours per year. Serving in the community gives the students a better understanding of their role in the community and how reaching out to others can help them to be more compassionate. There are many clubs and organizations that students may be involved in while at the academy.

Such as: art club, chemistry club, environmental club, equestrian club, film club, international club, and outdoor/ski club. The students may also be involved in the student council, National Honor Society, and the Fine Arts Association. The students may choose activities to attend on the weekend such as: Cedar Point Amusement Park, Cleveland Zoo, movies, shopping and eating at restaurants. There are also plays available to attend at the Cleveland Play House and Playhouse Square. When the weather permits, the students may also choose to go hiking, camping and canoeing.

Andrews Osborne Academy has an equestrian program. Students come from around the world and country to participate. Their devotion to the sport ranks them among the top in the country. Students who have passion for the sport of riding usually bring their own horse and receive the kind of training that will help them to win. Some students ride for pleasure and they are also encouraged to participate in the equestrian activities.
